Door

A door is a movable barrier used to open and close an opening in a wall, building, or vehicle. In vehicles, a door is a panel attached to a car’s body and can be opened and closed to allow people and objects to enter and exit the vehicle. Most cars have four doors, with two located at the front of the vehicle (the driver’s door and the passenger door) and two at the rear (the left and right rear doors). Some vehicles, such as sports cars, may have only two doors. Doors can be opened and closed manually or automatically using a power assist system. They are typically made of metal or composite materials and are hinged at the front or rear edge, allowing them to swing open or closed.
