LAUNCH CRP123E Review – Worth The Money?

LOOK AND FEEL

This scanner is a little bigger than the size of a hand and is easy to grip. It is a little over two pounds in weight and is aesthetically pleasing with its red border and large touch screen. 

The device is sturdy and is covered with a durable plastic to protect it from everyday wear and tear.

It has a tablet-like look due to its lack of buttons and five-inch color touch screen. 

The high definition touch screen is clear and delivers great visibility. It allows for easy navigation through the scanner system.

The CRP123E uses Android systems and is easy to use even if you are not familiar with Android. 

CONNECTIVITY 

The scanner comes with a cable that connects to the car and also has wifi capabilities.

The wifi connection is great for easy one-click updates and does not need to be connected to wifi throughout use to work. 

Wifi connection also allows for easy google searches, printing reports and the sending of data through email.

FUNCTIONALITY

The CRP123E can check four systems; the engine, auto transmission, airbag and anti-lock braking systems. It can read and clear fault codes. 

The device also has a 4,000 mah battery. It is a portable battery that can be recharged and charged when the car is on.

The scanner can collect, record, freeze frame and store your vehicle’s data. The information can be sent through email.
